Today, Sept. 26, my children and I watched as huge cement blocks were lined up in front of the Helena MT branch of the Federal Reserve. My daughter commented that this building was being prepared for something that we didn't know about -- she thought the public should be warned if threats to Helena warranted extra security measures. As far as we can tell, this is the only building to undergo extra barricades in our small town. It is not insignificant that this barricade is located directly across from the Helena Civic Center / Fire Dept. which is housed in the old Algerian Shrine Temple modelled after the Quabba in Mecca.
