Hoagland's interview concerning the Abydos images explained his position on the Isis / Osiris / Horus mystery religion (he does not take it literally but finds the symbolism valid). Hoagland's research at Enterprise Mission has confirmed to his satisfaction that a previous technologically advanced civilization existed in earth's remote past. Evidence of this ancient civilization is found at Giza, and in monuments all over the world. The search for the knowledge of this ancient civilization motivates people with a deceptively "unbiased & scientific" facade, such as the department of NASA Satellite Remote Imaging to scientists working out the logistics of NASA 's Apollo Missions. It is interesting that the hype over the Fox television's Tomb Opening seemed as if it was going to be a revealing of the Edgar Cayce prophesied Hall of Records, but it was actually an opportunity to indoctrinate the public, or at least educate the X-Files audience in the masonic Osiris mythology espoused by Freemasons, and validated by Hoagland.

Daniel 11 describes the Anti christ:

Baalhazor," Lord of the fortresses" provides a connection between Baal and the god of the Antichrist. Baal was lord of war and of the sky. Many titles were given to Baal by adding endings to his name. Some examples found in scripture are Baalbamoth= Lord of the high places, Baalzebub= Lord of those who fly, or, flit. Zebub is a Hebrew verb which means to flit from place to place. Baal is identified as Satan by Jesus himself, Matt.10:25 Mark. 3:22 Luke 11:15.
